Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets. Cash on delivery is available on select orders.
Can I use a promo code at checkout?
Yes. Enter your code at checkout and the discount will be applied automatically. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by writing to us at hello@nyraia.com. Cancellations after this window may not be possible, as your order may already be in production or dispatch. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
My payment was deducted but I didn't receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
If your payment was successful, your order is confirmed automatically. In rare cases of delay, please visit our Contact Us page, write to us at hello@nyraia.com, or reach out via WhatsApp — details available on our website, and we'll assist you.
How do I redeem a gift card or store credit?
Add your item to the cart and proceed to checkout. Select Gift Card as your payment method. On the next page, enter your gift card code in the discount code or gift card field and click Apply. The value will be deducted from your order total automatically.
If your order total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining amount using any other available payment method.

We currently ship within India and to the UAE.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 4 business days, or up to 6 business days for custom orders.

Is shipping free?
Yes. Shipping is currently free across India. International shipping charges for UAE orders are calculated at checkout.
Will I receive a tracking link?
Yes. A tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to activate.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
While we aim to deliver within the stated timelines, delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen factors. If your order exceeds the expected delivery window, please visit our Contact Us page, write to us at hello@nyraia.com, or reach out via WhatsApp — details available on our website.
What happens if my delivery fails?
Our logistics partner will attempt redelivery. If delivery remains unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us and reshipping charges may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Every Nyraia piece is carefully inspected before dispatch.
What is your return window?
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests after this window will not be accepted.
How do I raise a return or exchange request?
Use the returns portal on our website — this is the fastest way. Alternatively, visit our Contact Us page, write to us at hello@nyraia.com, or reach out via WhatsApp. Please include your order number, item details, reason, and photographs where applicable.
What are the eligibility conditions?
Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact, and returned in original packaging. Each item is eligible for one return or exchange.
How do exchanges work?
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup where available. If pickup is not serviceable at your location, you may be required to self-ship the item to us.
Can I get a refund?
Prepaid orders — Refunds are available to the original payment method, with a ₹200 return shipping deduction per order.
COD orders — Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Defective or incorrect items — Full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

How long does processing take?

I received a damaged or incorrect item — what should I do?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please raise a request within 3 days of delivery through our returns portal or by contacting us via our Contact Us page. Please include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Can I return a custom order?
Custom orders are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.

International orders are final sale. Exceptions are made only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Can I return a discounted item?
Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
How long is store credit valid?
Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart based on body measurements in inches. If you are between sizes, we recommend opting for custom sizing for a more precise fit.
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. Custom sizing is available on select products. Custom orders may take up to 6 business days to dispatch.
Will the fit vary between styles?
Yes. Each Nyraia piece is designed with its own silhouette and construction. We recommend reviewing the product description for fit details before purchasing. If you are unsure of your size, custom sizing is available on the product page.
Product & Care
What fabrics do you use?
We primarily work with cotton, silk, chinon, and other thoughtfully selected fabrics. Fabric details are listed on each product page.
How should I care for my Nyraia piece?
Hand wash separately in cold water. Do not bleach. Dry in shade. Steam iron or iron on the reverse side. Dry cleaning is recommended for best care.
Will my garment look exactly like the product images?
We photograph our pieces in natural light to reflect them as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen differences. As each piece is individually crafted, minor variations in print, embroidery, or colour are a natural part of the process.

What happens if I refuse a COD order?
Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
