Where we ship

We ship across India and to the United Arab Emirates. We do not currently ship to any other international destinations.

Dispatch timeline

All orders are dispatched within 4 business days of placement. Orders requiring customisation may take up to 6 business days to dispatch. You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to verify orders prior to dispatch, including through phone or email confirmation. Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable time may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

Delivery timeline

Domestic (India) — standard delivery takes 2–8 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the logistics partner handling your shipment.

International (UAE) — delivery timelines vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days from dispatch.

Dispatch timelines refer to the time taken to ship your order. Delivery timelines begin after dispatch. Nyraia is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, customs clearance, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Domestic — shipping is currently free on all orders across India. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges in the future.

International (UAE) — shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order details.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or WhatsApp, depending on the logistics partner handling your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be activated after dispatch.

Failed delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your order. In the event of a failed delivery, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to us.

For orders returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address provided at checkout, reshipping charges will apply. Please write to us at hello@nyraia.com to arrange redelivery.

Lost or delayed shipments

All orders are shipped through trusted courier partners and are traceable via the tracking link provided. In the event of a delayed shipment, please write to us and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.

In the event of a lost shipment, resolution is subject to confirmation from the courier partner. Once a loss is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Nyraia is not liable for transit delays or losses caused by the courier partner, but we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter on your behalf.

International orders — customs and duties

For UAE orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping charge. Nyraia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes. International customers are responsible for ensuring their purchases comply with local laws and regulations.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Nyraia is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
