Our commitment

Every Nyraia piece is individually crafted and carefully checked before dispatch. If something is not right with your order, we are here to make it right. Please read this policy carefully before reaching out — it will help us resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Eligibility

We accept exchange or return requests raised within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused and unwashed, with all original tags intact, in its original packaging, and unaltered in any way. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Each order is eligible for one exchange or refund only.

What we offer

For eligible returns, we offer the following:

For prepaid orders — exchange or full store credit, with no deductions. Refund to original payment method is also available — ₹200 return shipping deducted.

For cash on delivery orders — exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not applicable on COD orders.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items — a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, with no deductions.

Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Non-eligible items

The following are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstance:

Custom sized orders — as these are made to your specific measurements, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

International orders — all international sales are final. Exceptions are made only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Items discounted by 30% or more are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or returned without original tags and packaging will not be accepted.

Items that have already been exchanged or refunded once are not eligible for a second exchange or refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please raise a request through the returns portal on our website within 3 days of delivery. Alternatively, write to us at hello@nyraia.com or WhatsApp us. Include clear photographs of the item and its packaging. Photo evidence is required to initiate any defective or damage claim — requests without photographs cannot be processed.

Upon verification of your photographs, we will confirm your claim and arrange a pickup of the item through our logistics partner. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund or replacement will be processed at no cost to you, with no deductions.

We strongly recommend photographing or video-recording your package at the time of unboxing. This protects you and helps us resolve your claim without delay.

How to raise a request

Step 1 — The primary method to raise a return or exchange request is through the returns portal available directly on our website. Alternatively, you may write to us at hello@nyraia.com or WhatsApp us within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange or return, the reason for your request, and photographs where applicable. Requests without photographs may not be processed.

Step 2 — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with confirmation and next steps.

Step 3 — Once confirmed, we will arrange a pickup through our logistics partner where the service is available at your address. If pickup is unavailable at your location, we will ask you to self-ship the item to our address, which will be shared via email. If a scheduled pickup fails after two attempts due to customer unavailability, the request will be cancelled.

Step 4 — Once the item is received and inspected, your exchange, store credit, or refund will be processed within the timelines below. All returns are subject to inspection and approval.

Processing timelines

Exchange or store credit — processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds — processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are credited to your original payment method — ₹200 return shipping deducted.

Important notes

Requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Orders returned to us due to failed delivery or an incorrect address are not considered returns and may incur reshipping charges.

Original packaging, tags, and accessories included with your order must be returned along with the item. Missing packaging or tags may result in the request being rejected.

Nyraia reserves the right to reject a return or exchange if the item shows signs of use, alteration, damage caused after delivery, or does not meet the eligibility conditions stated above. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to you.

Exchange is subject to stock availability. If your requested size or style is unavailable, store credit will be offered.

For prepaid orders where a refund is chosen, the ₹200 deduction covers return shipping costs regardless of whether Nyraia arranges pickup or the customer self-ships.

Each order is eligible for one exchange or refund only. Once an exchange or refund has been processed, the item is no longer eligible for any further claims.

Requests showing patterns of misuse may be declined at our discretion.

All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are at the sole discretion of Nyraia.
