1. About Nyraia

Nyraia is an Indian ethnic wear brand operated by Priyanka Panda, a sole proprietorship registered in Haryana, India (GSTIN: 06CPLPP2948L1Z8). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our website, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Nyraia on the terms set out in this policy. Please read them carefully before purchasing. Lack of familiarity with these terms does not absolve you of your obligations under them.

2. Products

All Nyraia products are individually crafted. We make every effort to represent colours, textures, and details accurately on our website. However, as computer monitors and electronic screens vary in colour display, we cannot guarantee complete colour accuracy. Slight variations may also occur due to fabric dye lots and the handcrafted nature of our garments. These variations are not considered defects.

Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Nyraia reserves the right to revise prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil your order at the incorrect price, even if an order confirmation has been issued.

4. Placing an order

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete. Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — and to refuse service to anyone — at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

5. Electronic communications

When you use our website or send us emails or other communications, you agree that you are communicating with us through electronic records and consent to receive communications from us electronically. All notices, confirmations, and updates sent to you by email or through our website shall constitute adequate and valid service of communication.

By creating an account or placing an order, you grant Nyraia permission to send you transactional and promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time by writing to us or using the unsubscribe option in any marketing email.

6. Payment

We accept prepaid payments via UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. We also offer cash on delivery on select orders. For COD orders, payment is due at the time of delivery. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future orders from the same account or address.

All prepaid transactions are processed securely by our payment partners. Nyraia does not store your payment details.

7. Custom sizing

We offer a custom sizing option on select products. Custom sized orders are made to your specific measurements and are therefore non-cancellable and non-returnable once production has commenced. Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing a custom order. Nyraia is not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

8. Shipping

We ship across India and to select international destinations including the United Arab Emirates. Dispatch within 4 business days, up to 6 for custom order. Domestic delivery 2–8 working days from dispatch and UAE 7–14 business days from dispatch. Shipping is currently free on all domestic orders. International shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to revise shipping charges in the future. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or factors beyond our control. Nyraia is not liable for delays caused by third party logistics partners.

We reserve the right to verify orders prior to dispatch, including through phone or email confirmation. Failure to respond to a verification request within a reasonable time may result in the order being cancelled and refunded.

For international orders, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are also responsible for ensuring that their purchases comply with local laws and regulations in their country. Nyraia is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared with you. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. In the event of a failed delivery, our logistics partner will attempt redelivery. Repeated failed deliveries may result in the order being returned to us.

9. Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it by writing to us at hello@nyraia.com . Cancellations requested after 4 hours cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in production or dispatch. Custom sized orders cannot be cancelled once placed. For prepaid orders that are successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

10. Returns and exchanges

Our detailed return and exchange policy is available separately on our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of that policy, including that all returns are subject to inspection and approval. Refunds, where applicable, may be subject to deductions as outlined in our Return and Exchange Policy. Refunds are not available for cash on delivery orders except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

11. Discount codes and promotions

Discount and promotional codes are valid for a limited time and subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Codes are valid on prepaid orders only unless stated otherwise. Nyraia reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Misuse of promotional codes, including creation of multiple accounts to claim offers, may result in cancellation of the order and restriction of future purchases.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including engaging in fraudulent activity, attempting unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems, or interfering with its functionality in any way. You agree to use this website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. Nyraia reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access for any user found to be in violation of this clause.

13. User-submitted content

Any content you submit to Nyraia — including reviews, photographs, or other material — is considered non-confidential. By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it does not violate any law or third party rights. You grant Nyraia a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our brand, without any obligation or liability to you.

14. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including product photography, copy, graphics, logo, and brand identity — is the property of Nyraia and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission. Nyraia is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use of our brand assets will be acted upon. No right, title, or interest in any website content is transferred to you by virtue of accessing or using this website.

15. Disclaimer

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nyraia makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of this website and any content downloaded from it is at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nyraia and its owner, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal costs — arising from your use or misuse of this website, your breach of these terms, or any content you submit to us.

17. Force majeure

Nyraia shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, war, or disruptions in transportation or logistics networks. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to fulfil our obligations as soon as practically possible and will communicate with affected customers accordingly.

18. Limitation of liability

Nyraia's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from the use of our website or products. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to our website.

19. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns and Exchange Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nyraia with respect to your use of this website and purchase of our products.

Severability: If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms to any third party. Nyraia may transfer its rights and obligations without your prior consent, provided the transfer is on terms no less favourable to you.

Relationship of parties: Nothing in these terms shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency, or employment relationship between you and Nyraia.

20. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, regardless of the country from which the order was placed.

21. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our website following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
