Nyraia is an Indian ethnic wear brand operated by Priyanka Panda, a sole proprietorship registered in Haryana, India (GSTIN: 06CPLPP2948L1Z8). Our website is hosted on a third party e-commerce platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it.

What information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. For cash on delivery orders, we also collect confirmation of your intent to pay on receipt. We collect any information you share when you contact us via email, WhatsApp, or any other channel.

Information collected automatically

When you browse our website, we automatically collect data about your device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and time spent on site. This is collected through cookies and third party analytics and advertising tools, including analytics providers and advertising platforms.

Payment information

Payment details are processed directly and securely by our payment processing partners. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details at any point. For COD orders, no payment information is collected in advance.

Information required for fulfilment

Any additional information required by third party services integrated with our store — for shipping, tracking, returns, or customer communication — may be collected where necessary to complete your order and deliver our service.

How we use your information

We process your personal data to fulfil our contractual obligations, such as processing and delivering your orders, and to comply with applicable legal requirements. This includes arranging delivery through our logistics partners, sending order confirmations and shipping updates, handling returns and exchanges, responding to your queries, and detecting and preventing fraud. Where you have opted in, we may also communicate about new collections and offers.

Our e-commerce platform provider, on whose infrastructure our store operates, also has access to order and customer data as part of providing that service.

Cash on delivery

We offer cash on delivery on select orders. For COD orders, we may use your phone number to confirm your order and delivery intent via WhatsApp or SMS prior to dispatch. This is to reduce failed deliveries and protect both parties.

We retain your personal and order information for as long as required to fulfil orders, manage returns, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations under Indian law, including GST record-keeping requirements.
